PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can continuously treat a waste shochu (a clear distilled liquor) liquor for six months without exchanging the fermenting materials in a fermentation tank by treating the waste shochu liquor in an amount of about 3,000 kilograms a day by using a fermentation treating method. SOLUTION: This waste shochu liquor treating device has the fermentation tank (7) which subjects the waste shochu liquor to fermentation treatment by aerobic fermentation bacteria, agitating pawls (2) which agitate contents in this fermentation tank (7), a heating means which heats the waste shochu liquor to be subjected to the fermentation treatment by the aerobic fermentation bacteria within the fermentation tank (7) to a prescribed temperature higher than the temperature outside the fermentation tank (7) and a deodorizing device (8) for emission matter.
