PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device enabling a person to take refuge in a safe space and escape to the outdoors even in case of an earthquake or fire during sleeping or others. SOLUTION: A hydraulic lift is automatically operated by a vibration sensing device to lower a floor, so that the person takes refuse in the space lower than the ground, further passes a horizontal hole and escapes to the outdoors by use of a slide or roller conveyor.
