PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscopic device and a microscope for operations allowing an operator to easily move a hard mirror in the visual field in microscopic observation. SOLUTION: Two projection windows 43 and 44 are disposed on the top sloping surface 39 of an inserting part 35 of the endoscope, and light emitting indexes 59a and 59b are projected on a part to be operated on by irradiating the irradiation light to be the indexes in parallel to the direction of the observation light axis O2 of an object lens 41.
