PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health supplementary food prepared from flowers or buds of genus Hemeorcallis plant such as jin zhencai as a raw material, and a method for manufacturing the same, and to provide a health food having effect improving anemia. SOLUTION: After dried, a plant belonging to the genus Hemeorcallis are crushed to a powdery state or a state near to powder, and the resulting powder is mixed with fat of meat of an animal such as goat, cow or pig, a plant oil such as perilla oil, camellia oil, olive oil ore sesame oil, or a 14-16C fatty acid. Thus, a processed food of a plant of genus Hemeorcallis is prepared. |
