BRANCH PIPE LINING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a branch pipe lining method capable of certainly applying lining even to a branch pipe of which the bonded part is shifted to be opened. SOLUTION: A reversal guide 6 is longitudinally arranged in a branch pipe lining material 4 which is obtained by infiltrating a curable resin in a tubular resin adsorbing material having a flange part at one end thereof. The part of the reversal guide 6 which is led out of the branch pipe lining material 4 is extended to the ground through the branch pipe 2 and moved into a main pipe 1 along with the branch pipe lining material 4, while the reversal guide 6 is drawn to bring the flange part 5 of the branch pipe lining material 4 into close contact with the peripheral edge of the branch pipe opening part 2a of the main pipe 1. In this state, the reversal guide 6 is drawn while the branch pipe lining material 4 is reversed by fluid pressure to be inserted in the branch pipe 2 from the main pipe 1 toward the ground, and the curable resin infiltrated in the branch pipe lining material 4 is cured in such a state that the branch pipe lining material 4 is pressed to the inner wall of the branch pipe 2 to line the branch pipe 2.
