PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a concrete secondary product which is high in quality and dimensional precision without bringing about remarkable increase of an application cost. SOLUTION: Under a state wherein a supply auxiliary plate 91 is placed on an upper face of a form 1, a concrete material 100 is supplied into the form 1. As the resalt of form-pressing by a press board 321, the upper face of the form 1 is allowed to meet an upper face of the concrete material 100.
