PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiotherapeutic apparatus allowing the reduction in the load applied to a subject. SOLUTION: This radiotherapeutic apparatus comprises a radiation generating means for generating a radiation and emitting it to the subject and a means for limiting the radiation field of the radiation emitted to the subject. This device further comprises a means for monitoring the respiration of the subject to track the position of a part to be exposed and a means of moving a multi- split spot means and/or radiation generating means. The relative position of the multi-split spot means and the radiation generating means is moved on the basis of the movement information of the part to be exposed from the tracking means.
