PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throw-away foot sweating preventive sheet which is capable of effectively suppressing the generation of malodors by the propagation of saprophytic bacteria in the tips of the toes of the feet and athlete's foot by mold and is inconspicuous in appearance even when a user wears shoes of a shallow instep. SOLUTION: This foot sweating preventive sheet to be put on the tip of the toe of the foot has at least an insertion part for the foot toe, a segment to cover the instep, a segment to cover the dent at the neck of the foot toe and a segment to cover the back of the foot. Part of the segment to cover the instep is cut off so as to shallow the instep.
