PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use as a lap robe or a shawl by changing the shape of a single cloth. SOLUTION: The electric warming cloth is provided with a rectangular warming cloth 1 installed with a heater 4, a first engagement means 5 and a second engagement means 6 provided in symmetry on the opposing edges 2a and 2b of the warming cloth and a third engagement means 7 provided on the same edge as the first engagement means. The engagement between the first and the second engagement means makes the cloth to be used as a lap robe and the engagement between the first and the third engagement means makes the cloth to be used as a shawl.
