PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage furniture having a sufficient storage space and able to be approached closely over the full width thereof even by a person on a wheelchair and to provide a storage furniture having a handrail easily variable in height. SOLUTION: The storage furniture according to a first aspect of the invention comprises a kick recess 11 provided at the lower end of front surface of a furniture body 10 across the overall width thereof between the same and a floor 1 on which it is installed to escape the footrest of the wheelchair. The furniture according to a second aspect of the invention comprises a plurality of drawers 19 superimposed on one another in the furniture body 10, wherein at least one of the drawers 19 comprises a handrail 21 provided on the front surface thereof, can be exchanged with one or more drawers in other steps and can be fixed to the cabinet body 10.
