PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packed wet tissue paper capable of being compactly housed in a packing vessel, being easily picked and easily taken out by positioning the edge part of a wet tissue in a takeout port at use time, and easily developable the folded-up body when passing through the takeout port by layering a large-sized wet tissue by being folded up as a specific folded-up structure. SOLUTION: The folded-up structure of the layered and housed wet tissue paper is formed as a structure that (1) short edge side both end parts of a rectangle are folded up in a C shape or Z shape in the right-angled direction to the long edge, and then, (2) these both end parts formed by being doubly folded are folded up in a C shape or Z shape in the parallel direction to the folding-up and (3) this is doubly folded up in the right-angled direction to the folding-up.
