PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow-gliding implement capable of jointly own a traveling tool on road and a portion thereof and a snow runner member used for this snow-gliding implement. SOLUTION: The snow-gliding implement 1 is provided with a main frame 3 having an intermediate part 13 and a rear frame part 15 capable of rotatably mounting a rear wheel; and a steering frame 5 having a front frame part 33 capable of rotatably mounting a front wheel. The snow-gliding 1 on snow is provided with a main runner member 9 having a steering snow-runner member 7 having a front stay part 51 attachably/detachably tightened to the front frame part 33; an intermediate stay part 73 attachably/detachably tightened to the intermediate part 13; and a rear stay part 71 attachably/detachably tightened to the rear frame part 15.
