The invention refers to the medicinal technique and otorhinolaryngology. Summary of the invention consists in, that the proposed device contains a head belt with a rigidly fixed arm to which the bar holder is movably connected and is executed in the form of a parallel situated plates pare, fastened by a clamp. Into the bar holder it is articulated the bar end. The opposite bar end is L-shaped and the L-shaped plates pare is connected thereto with opportunity to change the distance between the free plates sides and the bar.Claims: 1Fig.: 2
