PURPOSE: An ear handy-phone is provided to remove inconvenience in carrying and use by forming a bridging ring in a cellular phone and hanging the bridging ring on one ear to use the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A bridging ring(4) is installed in a cellular phone(1) for hanging the bridging ring(4) on one ear. A supporting board(11) having a folded portion is formed in a portion in which the cellular phone(1) is folded. The bridging ring(4) is moved up and down and is horizontally rotated in the supporting board(11). When a protrusion is located down the supporting board(11), a horizontal rotation is freely moved. When the bridging ring(4) is risen for hanging the bridging ring(4) on the ear, the protrusion is rotated within a uniform angle by the folded portion. A frequency converter(10) is installed in the cellular phone(1) for using the cellular phone(1) suitable for frequency of a wireless telephone of a home or an office.
