PURPOSE: A method for a certification and a payment of transactions using partial numbers of a credit card and a mobile communication terminal number in an internet electronic commercial transaction is provided to perform a transaction using a credit card with safety by performing a credit card certification using partial numbers of the credit card and the number of a mobile communication terminals as key values without exposing information on a credit card. CONSTITUTION: An internet user inputs partial numbers(4-8 digits out of 16 digits) of a credit card and the number of a mobile communication terminals and requests a password to a paying mediating company for buying a wanted commodity on the internet(1). The paying mediating company requests a card certification to a credit card company using the number of a mobile communication terminals as a key value(2). The credit card company checks the pre-registered number of the mobile communication terminals, and certifies to a credit card number corresponding to the terminal number, and notifies the certified result to the paying mediating company(3). The paying mediating company creates a password using a random-number generation on the corresponding number, and transmits the password to the mobile communication terminal of the user through a mobile communication company(4,5). The internet user inputs the password(6). The paying mediating company notifies an approval of the transaction to the credit card company(7).
