PURPOSE: A method for forming ceramic substrate is provided to manufacture substrate of complex shape in a precise manner through photo patterns. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises the first step of manufacturing a photosensitive ceramic sheet(10) of a predetermined thickness in an ultraviolet ray shield chamber by mixing a photosensitive organic material with a material constituting a ceramic sheet; the second step of forming a non-ultraviolet ray area(12) onto the ceramic sheet by putting a photo mask(20) having a desired pattern onto the photosensitive ceramic sheet and radiating ultraviolet ray onto the mask; and the third step of forming a desired shape to the ceramic sheet by spraying and melting a sheet developing solution over the non-ultraviolet ray area. The mixture used for manufacturing the photosensitive ceramic sheet in the first step, includes ceramic powder, solvent, photosensitive polymer, binder and plasticizer.
