METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SERIAL CATHODE UNIT

PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a serial cathode unit is provided to exactly hold a horizontal of a heater supporter by using the cathode unit as the integrally assembled heater supporter. CONSTITUTION: An integrally assembled heater supporter(240) having parallel both sides each other is formed. Next, a supporter-pin coupler is formed by welding end portions of a current supply holer pin(250). An emitter-wire coupler is then fabricated by welding a plurality of heater wires(270) parallel with both sides of a predetermined emitter(260), respectively. The heater wires(270) are then bent so as to connect to the both sides of the heater supporter(240). The end portions of the heater wires(270) are welded to the both sides of the heater supporter(240). Finally, the integrally assembled heater supporter(240) is cut off to divide individual heater supporter connected to the heater wires.
