PURPOSE: An advertisement service system through an initial screen of a cellular phone is provided to optimize the effect of an advertisement by storing a transmitted advertisement and outputting the advertisement on a liquid crystal screen of a cellular phone when analyzing information through a protocol previously defined on the Internet with a wireless communication company and retransmitting an advertisement message to the wireless communication company during a power-on operation or a standby state after selecting a WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) service. CONSTITUTION: A sponsor information management unit(102) manages subscribing information of a sponsor. A sponsor authentication unit(103) authenticates the sponsor in case that the sponsor works in an Internet home page on the Internet. A message storing unit(108) stores a message inputted by the sponsor normally confirmed as a result of the authentication through the sponsor authentication unit(103). A data request receiving unit(106) receives an indication signal so that a wireless communication company transmits an advertisement to an advertisement service system in case of operating the power-on, opening a flip, or a standby state after selecting a WAP service. A member confirming unit(107) checks whether a user is a member before transmitting an advertisement message. A data editing unit(110) edits the advertisement message to be suitable for a protocol and format discussed with the wireless communication company. A transmitting unit(111) transmits the advertisement message edited through the data editing unit(110). A settlement processing unit(113) processes a settlement with the sponsor corresponding to the advertisement transmitted through the transmitting unit(111). A charge conversion processing unit(115) accumulates and manages information of a wireless communication subscriber and converts a subscriber point into an amount of money.
