PURPOSE: Provided are a production method of spherical ceramics for oil and fat treatment and an anti-oxidation device using obtained spherical ceramics. The method is characterized in that spherical ceramics comprising elvan and metallic oxides as raw materials emit far-infrared ray and electrons, respectively so that it gives an effect in preventing oxidation of oil and fat, decreasing peroxide and carbide, and antibacterial property. CONSTITUTION: The production method of spherical ceramics is as follows: mixing 3-8pts.wt. of fine elvan powder obtained by sintering at 1700-1800deg.C and grinding to 200mesh or larger with 92-97pts.wt. of mixed oxides(more than 200mesh) based on five or more of Fe, Mn, Ti, Ca, Mg, Al, Si, and so on; adding 40-50pts.wt(based on 100pts.wt. of mixture) of clay as a binder; forming in a form of sphere; sintering over 1550deg.C. The device for treating oil and fat efficiently is characterized by comprising a cylinder to fill with ceramic spheres, an inlet(15) and outlet for oil and fat formed on lower and upper of cylinder, a lid(2) of cylinder surrounded by a fringe(4) with irregularities in an interval of 120degree.
