PURPOSE: Provided is a straw with a mouthpiece structure, which is easy to suck the beverage even when a baby holds it in its mouth, and free from detachment of a mouthpiece member at a tip of the straw from the straw with excellent safety. CONSTITUTION: An engagement hole(6) is made in a circumferential wall of a tip portion of a straw body(2), an engagement projection(7) is formed inward from an inner circumferential surface of a hollow mouthpiece member(3), and the straw body(2) is integrated with the mouthpiece member with the projection engaged with the engagement hole of the straw body. A pin is passed in a hollow space of the straw body having the engagement hole in the circumferential wall of tip portion in a predetermined manner, and the mouthpiece is integrated with the tip portion of the straw body by the inserting method.
