APPARATUS FOR MINIMIZING OPERATING NOISE OF POWER LINE BY USING MUTUAL INDUCTOR HAVING DOUBLE LAYER POWER LINE STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: An apparatus is provided to eliminate in an efficient manner the noise caused by the simultaneous operation of buffers connected to the integrated circuit and input/output terminals of PCB. CONSTITUTION: A pull-up transistor and a pull-down transistor are interconnected between a power line(VDD) and a power line(VSS), an output terminal is connected to the connection portion between the source terminal and drain terminal of the pull-up transistor and the pull-down transistor, and a signal input terminal is connected to the gate of the pull-up transistor and the pull-down transistor. Each of the pull-up transistor and the pull-down transistor is divided into two sections, respectively, so as to form a pull-up transistor(M11) and a pull-down transistor(M21), and a pull-up transistor(M12) and a pull-down transistor(M22) which are connected between the first power line(VDD1,VSS1) and the second power line(VDD2,VSS2) having equal width and which are disposed adjacent to each other. The first and second power lines are arranged in such a manner that the power flows in the opposite direction.
