PURPOSE: A compensation lottery method about connecting to an internet site and watching an advertisement is provided to increase an internet site connecting rate and an advertisement clicking rate by assigning orders with respect to a connection of the site, a click of an advertisement, and missing numbers. CONSTITUTION: A counter embodies a serial number in accordance with a time pass of an order connecting to the site and a click to the advertisement. A counter control program processes a number as a missing number when a user does not wish to assign a lottery number, and assigns the next number. A database manages a lottery object by linking a lottery number with a member. A program performs a drawing of the lottery by extracting a lottery object from the database. Thus, a user may receive a plurality of numbers for a lottery.
