摘要 |
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a molten alloy coating by double plating is provided to eliminate the use of flux as well as a separate alloy plating facility. CONSTITUTION: Iron to be plated is successively passed by a Pyrolysis step, a Pickling step, and a Washing step, and then is coated with a flux for zinc galvanizing. After a galvanizing step of molten zinc having a melting point of 420deg.C being performed at a temperature of 460deg.C, a desired amount of aluminum and zinc alloy is again plated. At this time, because a melting point of the aluminum is 660deg.C, the top layer of zinc is molten to produce a zinc and aluminum alloy layer. Therefore, various kinds of molten alloy coating is manufactured according to the density of added molten aluminum. Finally, another washing step is performed.
