PURPOSE: A wireless transmitting and receiving apparatus for a telephone and method therefor is provided to install a plug in a rear surface of a wireless telephone body by one body to be fixed in a wall surface and install only wireless transceiver in a desired place to be simply used. CONSTITUTION: Only wireless transceiver is installed in a telephone body(1), and a plug(2) coupled to a telephone connection hole(3) is installed in a rear surface of the body(1) by one body. A transceiver(4) connected with the body(1) is separately composed. The plug(2) installed in the rear surface of the body(1) by one body is coupled to the telephone connection hole(3) and the body(1) is fixed to a wall surface. The transceiver(4) connected with the body(1) is installed in a place for which a consumer wishes.
