PURPOSE: A studying method using an electronic mail and a system for the method are provided to progress a general learning process using E-mails and to apply the learning process to an individual learning process of each member by transmitting a learning task to a plurality of members and receiving the accomplishment of each member through E-mails. CONSTITUTION: A web server reads learning contents and a learning level stored in a learning managing DB and selected by each member(201). Learning data corresponded to the learning contents and level are extracted from a learning contents DB(203) and provided to a mail server with E-mail addresses of each member being stored in a member DB. The mail server converts the learning data provided from the web server into E-mail data, and transmits the converted data to the E-mail addresses of each member(205). A learning service system checks whether a reply E-mail from each member is received or not periodically(207). If a result in accordance with a learning process of each member is received through an E-mail, the web server in the learning service system stores the result of the learning process to each member in the learning managing DB(211), and the learning level of the member is adjusted upwardly(213). The web server analyzes a learning contents accomplish rate of each member and informs the rate to each member(215).
