PURPOSE: A stud pin for cathode ray tube is provided, in which stud pin for coupling the face panel and shadow mask frame has an improved structure so as to thereby absorb external impact and protect shadow mask. CONSTITUTION: A stud pin(20) for interconnecting and coupling a face panel and a shadow mask frame, comprises a head part(23) to be coupled with a support spring of the shadow mask frame; a support part(21) having a screw groove(21a) for coupling with the face panel; and a stud bolt(22) functioning as an elastic member and which is interposed between the head part and the support part so as to couple the heat part and support part. The stud bolt has screw grooves formed at both ends of the stud bolt. The head part has a protruded pin(23a) formed at the center of the head part so as to be coupled with the pin hole formed at the support spring, and a screw groove(23b) formed at the rear surface of the head part so as to be coupled with the stud bolt.
