PURPOSE: A hood stay holder is provided to reduce components and assembling process by integrally manufacturing an assembling part without a bolt or screw, and by simply fitting the hood stay in the vehicle body without additional assembling tools. CONSTITUTION: A hood stay(100) is fixed in a vehicle body with a hood stay holder(110), and turned around the hood stay holder such as a hinge. The hood stay is fitted to a hole of a hood with turning in opening and fixing the hood. A fitting sill(101) is formed in the hood stay to prevent from being separated in sticking to the hood stay holder. The hood stay holder is fixed in the vehicle body through an assembling hole(112) with covering the hood stay. An assembling part is integrally formed in the hood stay holder, and plural crease parts(113) are formed in a surface of the assembling part to combine the assembling part and the assembling hole conveniently and to prevent the assembling part from being separated from the assembling hole.
