PURPOSE: A slide adjuster of a vehicle seat is provided to absorb shock at a collision by fixing a seat cushion in a floor panel firmly, and to reduce components and working process and hours with simple structure. CONSTITUTION: A slide adjuster is composed of two guide rails(21), plural moving rollers(22) and a locking unit. Guide rails are welded into a side wall of a tunnel part(6) in the middle of a floor panel(5) and a side sill(7) to be paralleled to seat cushions(1). Two fixing pieces(8) are extended downward from both sides of a seat cushion frame(4). Plural moving rollers are arranged in the fixing pieces, and moved according to guide rails. A reinforcing member(9) is installed between fixing pieces by welding to improve rigidity. The locking unit restricts the moving rollers from being moved along the guide rails. The seat is moved back and forth according to movement of the moving rollers along the guide rails in releasing, and fixed with locking the moving rollers by the locking unit.
