METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING PROBE CARD

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a probe card is provided to improve the capacity of a probe card by mounting a probe tip on a probe head and the probe head on a printed circuit board to connect electrically the probe tip with the printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of dots or a pad type connection terminals are prepared on a surface of one side of a printed circuit board when manufacturing a probe card(ST10). A probe head manufacturing process is performed(ST20). The probe head is manufactured by forming circuits on a plurality of insulating plates. A probe tip is fixed to the probe head(ST30). The probe head is mounted on the printed circuit board(ST40).
