BROILER FOR GAS RANGE AND GAS OVEN RANGE

PURPOSE: A broiler for gas range and gas oven range is provided to cook food stuff to a predetermined level of doneness by preventing external air from being transferred to the broiler grill. CONSTITUTION: A broiler comprises a broiler grill(32) having a plurality of oil outlet holes(32a) formed at a predetermined spacing; an oil gathering pan(31) for gather oil flowing through oil outlet holes formed at the broiler grill; a broiler grill locating member(33) for coupling the broiler grill to the top of the oil gathering pan with a predetermined spacing between the broiler grill and the oil gathering pan; and a wind blocking plate(34) arranged at the lower portion of the front surface of the broiler grill locating member. The oil gathering pan has a plurality of coupling holes(31a) formed along the edge of the oil gathering pan so as to allow the lower end of the broiler grill locating member to be inserted into coupling holes. Since the front surface formed between the oil gathering pan and the roasting grill is blocked by the wind blocking plate, it is possible to prevent external air from being transferred to the broiler grill through the front surface formed between the broiler grill and the oil gathering pan.
