Flexible tubular duct-formers for electric wiring are installed in slots so that central ducts are covered by at least at 0.01 of diameter or width of central duct; mentioned duct-formers are fastened relative to reinforcing net placed in mould on limiters of item protective layer width. After that laying of concrete mix, vibration compaction, thermal treatment, and form removal of item are made.
