PURPOSE: An automatic washing device of a meat roaster is provided to exactly control driving of a wire brush and a meat grill and to minimize the side of the meat roaster washing device. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically washing a meat roaster(10) comprises a body composed by upper plate, lower plate and plural side plates; a cover openable connected to an upper portion of the body; plural casters(7) installed on a lower face of the body; a control box mounted on a front face of the body; a foot switch separatively installed with the control box; a gear case protecting a gear protruded outside of the side plate; and a front support plate(41) slantingly protruded on a front face of the body. The foot switch is pressed by placing a meat grill(30)on the front support plate of the body. Then, the front support plate is inserted to the inside of the body for washing the meat roaster. Thereby, the automatic meat roaster-washing device exactly controls driving of a wire brush and a meat grill and minimizes the side of the meat roaster-washing device.
