PURPOSE: A wet grinding vessel for liquid medicine having an abrasion sensor is provided to reduce sudden damage of a wet grinding vessel and to wet-grind liquid medicine efficiently by checking whether the inner wall of a vessel body is worn away excessively, from outside through a sensing groove formed in an axial direction on the outer wall of the vessel body. CONSTITUTION: A wet grinding vessel for liquid medicine consists of a vessel body(3) and a cooling jacket(4). The vessel body has a tubular form with specific thickness. An agitator(1) having plural mixing blades(11) is set upright inside the vessel body. Small particles of media having a high hardness are injected into the agitator together with various kinds of liquid medicine. The liquid medicine is mixed with the media by continuous rotation of the mixing blades of the agitator. Thereby, the liquid medicine is wet-grinded repeatedly by friction between itself and the media. An abrasion sensing groove having specific depth is formed on the outer wall of the vessel body over the total length in an axial direction. The cooling jacket covers the entire outside except the forming portion of the abrasion sensing groove on the vessel body. The water jacket includes plural zigzag-form cooling water circulation guide pieces(41) for smooth circulation of cooling water. A dew-forming processor(42) is formed at the lower end of the cooling jacket. The dew-forming processor is designed to process water formed by dew outside the cooling jacket. The cooling jacket continues supplying and circulating cooling water while the liquid medicine is wet-grinded. Therefore, the cooling jacket prevents the inner temperature of the vessel body from rising up excessively.
