PURPOSE: A device for fixing a battery of a vehicle is provided to reduce the time and process for mounting a battery by enabling a worker to simply mount a battery without any additional tool and to reduce the cost on logistics by integrating the components for mounting with a battery body. CONSTITUTION: A lever(3) is formed in the upper end of a rod(2) inserted into an installation hole(1a) of a battery body(1), and a locker(6) rotating partially counterclockwise is formed in the lower end of the rod. When the battery body is retained in the installation position under the guidance of a guide bracket(12) and a fixing bracket(13) welded in four spots on the installation position, the locker is locked in a rectangular hole(13d) formed in the fixing bracket. Then, the battery body is fixed on the installation position. Therefore, the battery is easily installed and separated without any additional tool. As the components for fixing the battery are embedded in the battery body, the cost for logistic is reduced while carriage is easy.
