PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply type load device and system, that readily enables loading the change in carrying weight onto a vehicle and is suitable for loading and unloading of a cargo to be carried. SOLUTION: This water supply type load device and system supplies water to and discharges water from a container 20, that is mounted on a vehicle for inspection and adjustment, while carrying a weight meter for measuring the carrying weight of the vehicle is mounted onto the vehicle, and applies various kinds of known weight to the vehicle. A water supply/discharge means 30 provided corresponding to the container supply and discharge water to and from the container, respectively. When a water quantity detection means 30a for detecting the amount of water in the container detects when the amount of water reaches a predetermined quantity of water, a control means 30b stops supplying or discharging of water.
