PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation device capable of effectively absorbing vibration in the vertical direction as well as in the horizontal direction, and reducing the size of a rolling guide device to be inexpensive. SOLUTION: An elastic supporting means 5 elastically deformable in the vertical direction is provided among a track rail, a foundation side structure and an upper structure, and vertical vibration is absorbed by elastic deformation of the elastic supporting means 5.
