PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interior finishing construction material panel used in an installation specially using water, excellent in workability and making a good show in appearance. SOLUTION: The interior finishing construction material panel is so constituted that a plate-like interior finish material 20 as a basic material is provided and that a facing edge material 30 having the same thickness as that of the interior finish material is provided to an header end face of the interior finish material. The interior finishing construction material panel 1 is so constituted that exterior finish materials 10 for covering the approximately whole body of both front and rear of the interior finish material 20 and facing edge material 30 are provided to the interior finish material and facing edge material 30 in a state of lamination.
