PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joint device for a floor, capable of preventing risk by allowing a joint plate to be moved in an approximately horizontal condition even in the case of a narrower joint part. SOLUTION: The joint device is composed of one recessed part formed in one floor surface, the other recessed part formed in the other floor surface, two or more guide cylinders formed in the other recessed part, the joint plate wherein one end part thereof covers one recessed part and the other end part thereof covers the other recessed part, a joint plate sliding mechanism for sliding one end part of the joint plate on one floor surface when the joint part becomes narrower, guide pins, respectively, inserted in such a manner as to be able to slide into the guide cylinders fixed on the bottom surface to the other end part of the joint plate, a raise plate, whose one end is an inclined surface, fixed on the bottom surface to the other end part of the joint part, and a raise mechanism for abutting on the inclined surface of the raise plate in order to push up the raise plate upwards when the joint part becomes narrower, wherein one end part thereof is pivoted by the skeleton of the other building and the other end part thereof can slide on the rail mounted on the skeleton of one building.
