PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing iron sintered parts in which a strength and hardness of the surface, and its wear resistance in particular is improved. SOLUTION: In an intermediate process between the first sintering process and the second process, a surface modification is performed in which on the surface having a hardness after the first sintering is <=65 HRA, grains with a grain size of <=1.2 mm are collided. After the second sintering, surface hardening heat treatment such as carburizing, hardening and tempering or induction hardening is performed and, if necessary, the similar grain collision in the intermediate process is performed once more.
