PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency of inspecting, reparing and mainteining a buffle plate lower part member. SOLUTION: A control rod guide tube 9 placed in between a core support plate 8 and a CRD housing 6 is removed and a container vessel 10 is placed there. A moving body 20 is taken out with a pantograph mechanism 11 placed in the container vessel 10 and is moved below the buffle plate 3 through shroud support legs 5. The pantograph mechanism 11 moved with an up and down moving mechanism 12 and the moving body 20 is pushed to the lower surface of the buffle plate 3. A plurality of arms with wheels (cylinder rods) placed on the moving body 20 are extended toward a shroud support 4 to tentatively fix the moving body 20 and the moving body 20 is separated from the pantograph mechanism 11. The moving body 20 is moved to the work objective position along the circumferential direction of the buffle plate 3 by a propeller provided to the moving body 20. Pushing pressure by the cylinder rod is increased there and the moving body 20 is strongly fixed to the work objective position. Then, specific works are done with work apparatuses 30 placed on the moving body 20.
