PURPOSE: Shell powder having complex functions in which the shell is used as a carrier and a preparing process thereof are provided, which have antibiosis, ultraviolet interception effect, and deodorization. CONSTITUTION: The shell powder contains 20μ or less particle size of shell powder coated with at least one compound selected from silver, copper, titanium, or their metallic oxide. In which the sorts of shell are not limited, therefore various shells such as abalone shell, turban shell, oyster shell can be used.
