PURPOSE: A method and system for selling digital music is provided to sell the music on a web site, collect, manage and listen to the sold music on the web site. The digital music has a background moving picture. CONSTITUTION: A system for selling digital music is comprised of a music database(102), a member information database(106), a member studio database(108), a web server system(110), and a mobile communication network(118). The web server system(110) is connected with a plurality of wired clients(120/1-120/n) through a network(100). Also the web server system(110) is connected with a plurality of mobile clients(122/1-122/n) and the mobile communication network(118). The music database(102) stores a plurality of digital music data compressed in an MPEG compression algorithm. The member information database(106) stores member information for wired or mobile clients registered in the web server system(110) as a member. The member studio database(108) provides a member studio space to be allocated to the registered clients. |
