PURPOSE: A comfortable mattress and a producing method thereof are provided to comfortably sleep and to cover a body support portion with material having expansion and contraction. CONSTITUTION: A mattress comprises a body(B) composed of resin material; a floor(6) of the body installing through holes(4) with a specific interval to circulate air; a side face(7) of the body forming plural through hole to circulate the air; a body supporting unit(3) of a curved shape installed on an outer circumference of the body; an additional body supporting unit covering entire upper face of the body supporting unit; and a water vein isolation plate mounted on a floor of the body. The mattress is produced by spring or the resin material as a circular, square, heart shape according to the shape of the body. The mattress is inserted to the body to produce a comfortable mattress. Thereby, the mattress makes a user comfortably sleep and covers a body support portion with material having expansion and contraction.
