PURPOSE: A members-only distribution system connected with an Internet broadcast is provided so that affiliates can purchase goods of good quality at a low price, without possessing delivery means independently, and discount stores can secure a large number of consuming shops as client without getting a distribution infra. CONSTITUTION: A members-only distribution system consists of a distribution DB system(22), a local agency(23), and an Internet broadcast(21). The distribution DB system(22) transfers an order received from the local agency(23) to a large-sized discount store(20) and performs settlement for it. The local agency(23) receives an order from a member company(24), transfers the order to the distribution DB system(22), receives goods depending on the order from the discount store(20), and delivers them to the member company(24). The Internet broadcast(21), connected with the distribution DB system(22), publicizes the member company(24). The Internet broadcast(21) collects members and induces them to become the member company's clients.
