PURPOSE: A clean mat is provided to isolate the cold of the floor, and to prevent the various diseases generated from a cement concrete floor of a stable. CONSTITUTION: The clean mat consists of an outer polypropylene cover(1) having a thin box shape, and a packing bag part(10) located in the outer polypropylene cover. The packing bag part is comprised of a packing bag defining the external appearance of the packing bag part; several rooms(R1,R2..) formed by contacting and sewing two packing bags; and an elastic chip charged in the rooms for defining the rooms into elliptical shape. The clean mat is finished by connecting a fastening groove(2) after inserting the completed packing bag part in the polypropylene cover.
