<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method using PCB waste oil as fuel for a diesel engine, capable of executing incineration at a low cost. SOLUTION: This method includes the steps, where by executing a process such as filtration to the PCB waste oil such as transformer oil and mixing the processed PCB waste oil with fuel oil at 1:1 ratio, a first liquid is prepared, a step such as filtration to B fuel oil or C fuel oil as waste oil and mixing the processed fuel oil with water at 1:1 rate, a second liquid is prepared, a step of mixing the first liquid with the second liquid at 1:1 ratio, and the fuel is formed. The diesel engine is operated, and the PCB waste oil is burned inside of a combustion chamber of the diesel engine under a high temperature and a high pressure, to execute the incineration at a high decomposition ratio.</p> |
