PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a bearing in a simple structure so as to form the whole of a device in a small size. SOLUTION: One end of a rotary shaft 6 in an electric motor 1 is protruded, a base 12 is attached to the rotary shaft to be protruded, blades 14 are disposed on both surfaces of the base, a centrifugal impeller 16 for applying force of the centrifugal direction on a fluid is formed, the centrifugal impeller is enclosed with an envelope 17, suction ports 18, 19 for the fluid are formed on both sides of the axial direction of the rotary shaft in the envelope, delivery ports 20, 21 for the fluid are formed on the envelope, and a pump unit 2 is formed by the centrifugal impeller and the envelope.
