PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange parts in a state to be sufficiently shielded from radiation. SOLUTION: In a penetration hole 16 of a radiation shield wall 12 for penetrating a rotational shaft 3 of a rotational apparatus, a box holder 23 having a penetration hole for passing the rotational shaft in the bottom plate 23a by forming inside a cylindrical space 25 is placed. A staffing box 24 holding a ground packing 18 for installing on the rotational shaft is detachably inserted in the space 25 from outside the box holder 23 and the gap of them is sealed with an O-ring 20. Between the staffing box 24 and the bottom plate part 23a of the box holder 23, an auxiliary shield block 26 with a larger diameter than the penetration hole of the bottom plate 23a is arranged to fix the rotational shaft 3 and prevent radiation leakage with the auxiliary shield block 26.
