PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance inexpensive nonreversible circuit element having characteristics not deteriorated but stabilized. SOLUTION: Inside a magnetic circuit constituted by locating a permanent magnet between upper and lower yokes, an assembly located on a magnet substance while mutually electrically crossing plural center conductors of which one terminal is connected with a capacitor for matching and the other terminal is grounded, in insulated state and a resin case housing the assembly and the capacitor for matching and having an external terminal to connect the center conductors are provided and gaps at least between the capacitor for matching and the resin case and between each of center conductors and the resin case are soldered with ribbon-like solder.
