PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a luminous display device which is easily visible by drivers of automobiles, etc., on a construction site, a check point, etc., by imparting changes to a light emitting state of light emitting elements. SOLUTION: The luminous display device continuously aligned and arranged with the plural light emitting elements which flicker successively at prescribed timing is so constituted that the light emission timing of the respective light emitting elements changes successively.
